To obtain former student record(s) you now have three options: online, mail or walk-in services. (Excluding Replacement Diplomas & GED)
All 3rd Party Requestors must request documents for Verification of graduation online.
All Replacement Diplomas must be requested online. Processing will take 8-12 weeks for delivery.

Fee payment is cash only and a current photo ID is required.
NOTICE: As of June 20, 2012 Regulation 790-2:
The Prince William County Schools Records Center issues a $5.00 per page fee for any document(s) requested for personal use.
Replacement Diplomas are produced by Herff Jones, Iona, Kansas and take 8-12 weeks for delivery. The fee is $43.00, which includes Amazon's $3.00 processing fee. As stated above, all Replacement Diplomas must be ordered online.
The release of student information requires a signed request from the student or the parent / legal guardian if the student is under 18 years of age except in specific, limited conditions. A signed request and photo ID must be faxed or mailed. Note: Requesting the Records Management Center to fax a document can only be completed if the document has not been microfilmed and the fee has been paid by cash or money order.
